I spent years on the sales and project management side of overhead crane systems, sitting with builders to figure out exactly what a job needed. And I kept running into the same thing I saw in those fields years earlier: the parts weren't there when people needed them, and when something went wrong, nobody who actually knew the product picked up the phone.
